Product Induction:
       Shackle, a type of rigging. The domestic market commonly used shackle, according to the production standards are generally divided into three catagories: national standard, American standard, Japanese standard. Because of its small volume bearing heavy weight,  American standard is widely used.  It can be divided into G209 (BW),G210(DW), G2130(BX) and G2150(DX) by species.  
        According to the type, it can be divided into arch type (Omega shape) arch type with female shackle and D type (U or straight) D type with female shackle;  According to the use of places, it can be divided into Marine and land use.  

 

 

 

Using range  

The shackle is widely used in electric power, metallurgy, petroleum, machinery, railway, chemical industry, port, mining, construction and other industries.  

General requirements  

1. shackle should be smooth and flat, not allowed to emerge crack, sharp edge, over-burning and other defects.  

2. It is strictly prohibited to use cast iron or cast steel shackles.  The buckle body can be forged by dead steel, and the shaft pin can be machined after rod forging.  

3. No drilling or welding repair should be done on the shackle.  The buckle and shaft pin shall not be repaired after permanent deformation.  

4. The buckle body and bolt should be checked to avoid serious wear, deformation and fatigue crack when using.  

5. The horizontal spacing shall not be strained, and the shaft pin must be inserted with the insurance pin.  

6, After the correct assembly of the shaft pin, the width of the buckle body shall not be significantly reduced, and the thread connection should be good.  

7. The use of shackle shall not exceed the prescribed safety load.
