JM, JK series winch is commonly-used lifting equipment; it can work separately or co-operated with other equipments, or be a part of complex large scale lifting or traction equipment. 1. Structure
The winch was made up of base, reducer, flexible coupling, hydraulic brake, drum, open big gear ring, pinion, controller, resistor, motor, etc.
2. Operating principle
2.1 After power connected, motor, hydraulic (electromagnetic) clutches are simultaneously turned on, this time to open the brake shoe, motor starts passed through flexible coupling to reducer, through the reducer, the pinion gear drive big gear and drum, so as to achieve a lifting, pulling purposes.
2.2 Roll operation (positive, reverse) and stop is controlled by the brakes and the master controller, when motor started the brake shoe also open, so that the drum rotation; When disconnecting the power, the brake through the spring pressure, will hugged quickly the braking functioning reel, stop the drum rotation to ensure safe and reliable. (Note: The winch at work, the master controller must be in place, otherwise it will cause the motor output torque not enough, winch weakness; prolonged operation will burn resistor or motor).
